We believe in a hands-on approach to make sure everything is working properly for the builder. During construction we make adjustments, fix necessary items, and ensure that we’re not the source of any delays.
We put our reputation into every installation. If something goes amiss, it’s on us to make it right. We don’t believe in passing the buck.
We provide a full inspection of everything until it is all functioning properly, without extra charges or surprise fees.
Construction sites are controlled chaos. You won’t have to scramble to find somewhere safe to store our products on-site. We take care of our inventory, from blueprints to installation to ongoing maintenance.
Our competitors consider their duties complete when they hand off the product to the job site, leaving the builder to sort out the details. If the builder needs to call the supplier for any reason, there’s generally an additional charge. This makes the builder choose between over-budget and over-deadline. At MWS, our job isn’t done even when yours is; we follow up on any ongoing maintenance requests directly with the homeowner, free of charge, up to a year after installation.
